To change your email address and/or phone number, please click on “Profile Settings” and under “Personal Information”, you can update your information.

  1. Click on “MyGiving Login” or you may also use this link and save it to your favourites: MyGiving Login
  2. If you already have a “MyGiving Login”, please enter your email address. A verification code will be sent to your email or phone. Please enter the 6 digits into the boxes on your screen. You can choose to resend the code or change where the code is sent if needed.
  3. If you don’t have a “MyGiving Login”, please click on “Don’t have an account? Sign up” or click here: Create new MyGiving account.
  4. If you are giving on behalf of a church, foundation, or business, please use the dropdown arrow and change “Individual” to “Organization.”

  1. Please log into your MyGiving Portal – You can save this to your favourites or bookmark it for future use: MyGiving Log In
  2. Click on the first icon “View Profile” or click on your name to see the list of options and choose “View Profile.”
  3. To change the amount, date or frequency of your donation, click on your “View Profile” dashboard and then you should see your recurring giving on the left side. Click on “Edit” in the top right corner.
  4. Next, please click on the fields you would like to change (eg. click on “yearly” or $100 etc). A dropdown box or calendar will appear and you can choose from the options.
  5. You can review your changes before saving them. You can also choose “Pause” by clicking the blue button at the top.
  6. If you would like to change your credit card information, please click on the field you would like to change (eg. click on your current credit card number). You can add a new credit card or change to direct bank withdrawal. You can review your changes before saving them.
