Feeding Program Impacts People In Monvrovia
In response to this need Global Aid Network in partnership with GAiN Germany, Grass Roots Liberia and local churches,implemented phase 1 of a feeding program where 144,467 hot meals were served utilizing local churches as feeding centers to the displaced people of Liberia — 63% of the people served were under the age of 15. The funds for this program were provided by donors in Canada and the United States. The provision of this food has directly impacted the lives of many people in Monrovia.
